Weak dog

Dog - female, 9 years old, toy poodle, arched back, refuses to move, only lies, falls from her feet. She refuses food and drinks only little; everything vomits, without recorded diarrhea. We found dehydration and pain on palpation of the back and abdomen, dog was vocalizing during gentle palpation.
